EVALUATIONS!
Every Child MUST attend an Evaluation!
Evaluations take place at our Family Life Center on the following dates and times:

Kindergarten	Fri., Jan. 4 - 6:30-7:30 pm
1st-2nd Grade	Sat., Jan. 5 - 9:00-10:30 am
3rd-4th Grade	Sat., Jan. 5 - 11:00 am-12:30 pm
5th - 6th Grade	Sat., Jan. 5 - 1:00-3:00 pm
7th - 8th Grade	Sat., Jan. 5 - 3:00-4:00 pm

If you can't make it to the evaluation scheduled for your grade, come to another one!  Please bring the registration form and fee with you on your scheduled Evaluation night.
