    Fees:
  • One Free Consultation Session is available to members/attenders of Lake Gibson Church of the Nazarene.  If they do not have insurance for ongoing sessions, there can be an adjustment in their fee up to 30%. 
  • Initial Assessment - $120.00
  • Therapy Session - $95.00
  • Insurance Co-pay from $10-25 per session as determined by a clients insurance plan (90% of my clients use their insurance )

  • Aetna -  Cigna Behavioral Health  Services -
  • United Behavioral Health, United HealthCare, and various Employee Assistance Plans                                   
  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield/New Directions
  • Tricare/Choice Behavioral Health 
  • If you want to use your insurance, call for an appointment-THEN call the customer service number for mental health on your insurance card. Your insurance company will give you an authorization number. Ask for the number of sessions authorized, your co-pay amount and the claims address. Call back and leave the information on the secure voice mail.
